ZUMBA STRONG

Combining dance moves with high intensity interval training. This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition and you will experience an increased afterburn

BOOTCAMP 365

Join us for Bootcamp 365. Bootcamp 365 techniques build a strong body from which one will transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it! 

YOGA

Included With Membership

Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga are all offered at 5 Star. They are dynamic forms of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath and seamless flow between postures. Designed to work all the muscles of the body and build endurance. This class generally encompasses variations of sun salutations linking poses together. Expect a variety of standing and seated postures that explore balance, strength and flexibility. The element of flow, allows us to free the spirit, find ease and experience lightness.

STRENGTH AND STRETCH

This class combines the most important functions for your body.  We build muscle strength and coordination for all your important muscle groups and posterior exercises.  This is followed by stretching to develop and overall awareness of the body.

MUSCLE PUMP

Included With Membership

This is a training workout in a group setting, using dumbbells set to motivating music. Muscle pump is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, sculpts, and defines every major muscle group

BOXING

Various

These programs are a paid 60 minute class. You will learn the basic boxing skills, designed to increase muscle, strength, and cardio endurance. A perfect class to get shredded and sweat away all your stress.

SPIN

Included With Membership

Focused on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

POWER HOUR

Join us for  Power Hour and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind.  Power Hour techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. BODY SCULPT

In a non-aerobic , muscle toning class, usually focused on core strength. Classes use weight bars, exercise bands, and dumbbells. Performing traditional weight training moves in a class setting

CARDIO SCULPT

Join us for PiYo class today. It the best of both worlds. It's not your standard Yoga or Pilates. PiYo speeds everything up, including your results. This class burns serious calories, as it lengthens and tones your muscles, and increases your flexibility
