Our state-of-the-art gym equipment is designed for every type of member. Whether it is someone looking to lose excess body fat, build muscle or simply to tone, we have something for you. With LCD TV’s on every piece of cardio equipment, you are sure to have no excuses to want to leave once you are here. All of our floors, Olympic plates and free weights are rubber coated forays use and lower impact. A huge aerobics studio gives you all day access to an unlimited amount of exercise equipment as well as access to our aerobics classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Muscle Pump. Medicine balls, resistance bands, trampolines, mats, and exercise balls are also all available. Last but not least, our training studio gives members a chance to burn off those extra calories with boxing and mixed martial arts classes available through the week.

Luxurious locker rooms – Indulge yourself like no other fitness centre around, Granite and slate throughout, individual private oversized showers, a steam room large enough for a party. Our spacious locker room has it all. Would you expect anything else from a 5 Star facility? We believe that our bathrooms should be a pleasure to visit, not somewhere you are scared to go into. Health and safety of our members is incorporated into every corner.
From the moment you walk in you know you are not in a regular fitness club. Our waterfalls and fountains create a peaceful ambiance for all ages. Warm up next to our fireplace while you have a drink from the Steel City Smoothie Bar while talking to your new friends. Leather couches and armchairs make it a luxurious place to relax before or after a workout, massage or fitness class, all while watching the fish swim under foot in our floor aquarium.
